Os Gemeos are two artists from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Born in 1974, they are identical twin brothers (Otavio and Gustavo Pandolfo) and their name translates to "the twins" in Portuguese. Os Gemeos have gained international recognition for their pioneering works created on the streets of Sao Paulo. They also work on canvases, make sculptures, and installations and are both art directors and photographers. They have changed the landscape of the city sine the early 80’s by creating characters that exist within the fabric of the buildings which talk to the people on the street. Their messages, interventions and style is totally unique which has been developed over many years of working on challenging and innovative projects. Os Gemeos have exhibited their work internationally including exhibitions in Galleries and museums in San Francisco, NYC, Cuba, Australia, Tokyo and throughout Europe as well as numerous times in Sao Paulo and Latin America.
